What is Hetkinen?
Hetkinen is a Finnish scent design house founded in 2018. All our products are hand-crafted in our own factory in Turku.
We respect nature, and everything we create is inspired by it — made from 100% natural ingredients, vegan, and biodegradable.
Our collection includes home fragrances, such as scent diffusers, room sprays and scented candles, perfumes, soaps, hand balms and body oils, sauna scents, and toilet sprays — all designed to bring a sense of calm and connection to nature into everyday moments.
Today, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide and work with retailers across the globe.
Orders & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All Hetkinen products are shipped directly from Finland, from our own factory where each item is carefully hand-crafted.
Where do you deliver?

How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over €55.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

What are Hetkinen products made of?
All our products are made from 100% natural ingredients. They are vegan and biodegradable, designed with respect for both people and nature.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Finland, in our own factory in Turku, using carefully selected natural materials.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Our diffusers, room sprays, perfumes, and soaps come in reusable, durable glass bottles or jars.
Our perfume and candle caps are made from Finnish pine wood, and our scent diffusers use pine sticks. Additional sticks are also available separately.
For our soaps, we offer ecological 1-liter refill packages to reduce packaging waste.
Do your products come in different sizes?
Yes, many of our products are available in different sizes to suit different spaces and needs. You can find the exact size options for each product on its product page.
What options are available for candles?
Our candles are available with either a cotton wick or a wooden wick, allowing you to choose the experience you prefer.
Scents & Product Types
What kind of scents do you offer?
Our scents are inspired by Nordic nature — forests, wood, earth, and calm moments. They are designed to be grounding, gentle, and sensory.
What is the difference between a scent diffuser and a room spray?
A scent diffuser releases fragrance slowly and continuously into the space, creating a subtle and lasting atmosphere.
A room spray provides an instant scent experience and is perfect when you want to refresh the space immediately.
For a more complete experience, we recommend combining both.
What is a Poo-Pause spray?
Poo-Pause is a toilet spray designed to be used before use. It creates a natural barrier on the water surface, helping to keep the air fresh.
Do you offer scents for sauna use?
Yes, we offer sauna scents designed to complement the sauna experience with natural, nature-inspired aromas.
Stores & Workshops
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit our Hetkinen Shop in Turku, where you can explore our products and experience the scents in person.
Do you organise workshops?
