Returns

You can submit your cancellation or return request directly through our withdrawal form.

We have a 14-day return policy. The return period begins from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your item does not meet the return conditions, we will let you know. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

The shipping fee will be refunded if all items included in the order are returned. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. Please note that we will not reimburse any taxes, import duties, or fees incurred when returning items from outside the EU.

Exchange

We can only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon receiving your order, or as soon as a defect becomes apparent. If you wish to exchange a faulty product:

Please note that the final purchase price may change when you enter your delivery address.

We offer standard shipping within the EU. For international orders, we offer both economy and priority shipping options. In Finland, we also offer home delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipping 7,90€, home delivery 11€. Free standard shipping for orders over 160€. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Great Britain
International economy shipping 35€ (delivery time 7-9 days), priority 42€ (delivery time 2-3 business days). Free standard shipping for orders over 160€.

Australia & New Zealand
International economy shipping 35€ (delivery time 13-15 days), priority 42€ (delivery time 6-8 business days). Free standard shipping for orders over 160€.
