Individual changes in participants do not affect the total booking price and are not refundable.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• Cancellation at least 5 days before the scheduled time: 100% refund or possibility to reschedule
• Cancellation less than 5 days before: no refund
• Rescheduling is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Each participant creates either their own 200 ml Oma scent diffuser or 12,5 ml Personal perfume in a guided session at Hetkinen’s scent atelier.
